Hi, I read from someone that u submit your site through search engine submitter only once. Until I read in a Free Search Engine Submitter site to submit it not more than once a month. What is basically true? thanks.

Once your sites are indexed by search engine , it won't help for you to submit to them many times .

Here's the truth for you. But then, why would I bother, because no matter what I say you will go back and do the same mistake over and over again. Well, you don't have to use free engine submitter, you don't have to use "This wonderful free search engine submitter that submits your site to thousands of search engines and sends you enormous traffic instantly"... because it is crap, spam and *****!

You don't have to submit your site to search engines manually, because they don't care and because you don't need to waste your time.

The best way to start enjoying search engine traffic is to build a decent white-hat link building campaign. Make sure popular sites link to your site and search engines will come!

Well You only need to do it once and as long as you update your sitemap and your xml sitemap which you can submit to google xml sitemaps when updated you will be ok.

Google and yahoo stop by my sites all the time. After they have been indexed the bots seem to come back often and index new content.

Just make sure that your site is up to date and the content that you are adding is based on what your niche/trend base is this will insure that once your site is submitted you'll keep getting regular visits from the crawlers =]

Once you submit your site to Search Engines then that's enough.
if you try to submit it again and again then you are just wasting your time.
    It doesn't count.

As said above simple rules will prevail to get you INDEXED (not ranked mind but indexed.

    • Submit your site to Google ONCE
    • Verify it using the Webmaster tool provided - easy to use.
    • Good solid indexable content that has no black hat c**p on it.
    • Sitemap is important. Create one today and submit it using Google Webmaster tools
    • Wait a day

If after spending a half hour with the tips above and using Google Webmaster you type your URL into Google a day or so later and your site doesn't show up then their is something wrong with your site.

If you have a manual sitemap then you may have to resubmit your sitemap for new pages to be found but not for the site as if you keep content fresh the search engines will come by regularly.

    Hope this helps..

There are only 4 or 5 search engines worth submitting to. Even then submitting to search engines is not a big deal. Search engines can find you naturally. there is no need for you to go ahead and submit it. make sure somebody links to you. maybe forum links or links from social bookmarking site. I suggest you stop submitting you sites and spend some time working on promoting your site in any other effective manner

The thing is, no matter how many submissions you make the only time that counts is the first, so just make sure that you submit ONCE and only ONCE :D
