How many times should I repeat a keyphrase

How many times should I repeat the main keyphrase of a page throughout the copy, is there a general min/max that will help with seo? Thanks.

 

Use a keyphrase in the title and use the biggest 'h tag' which fits on a page.

Than use a keyword phrase lower somewhere as a subtitle and use smaller h tag as you did before, or to be clear: if you use h1 tag as a title, use it ONLY ONCE on one page. You can use more than one h2-6 tags then. Keyword stuffing to get 'right' keyword density won't do the trick any more, as I know, it can rather hurt the page than help it.

 

i prefer the key density to be around less than 10%.that works well.
