Health advisers and doctors say you gotta eat 5 or more, as it's better to eat more frequently, but less at one time.
Uh oh! Frequency of eating is probably the least damaging thing to my health. It is what I eat that will be doing me more damage. I just cant help it though, junk food is quick and tastes good.
Well the reasoning behind this is pretty simple: the stomach need time to digest the food, so if you put in too much food together it won't get digested properly

I eat five times a day, everyday. You need to eat in proportions, and get the required water amount each day. You will feel better, and it is a lot healthier.
I eat three square meals a day, but I'll usually have another small meal or snack. So four times a day
