How many times in a year ... You fall sick !!!!!!!

How many times in a year you fall sick ?
Fever, Cold, Cough together...... I am having it right now and its really too disguishting, cannot work properly...

 

Just one or two time in a year me fell into sickness

 

i get sick maybe once every 2 years

if i do its only a 24 hour runny nose bug or something so its really nothing

eating healthy and exercising is the key

 

Once in a year. It's good for health

 

it is very lucky that i have never been sick.

 

Maybe once a year. But that sneeze sickness takes up to 2 months. Especially if I messed up with not buying medicines

yes me too, but thatz the worst day of my whole year. Cannot even focus on work properly.

 

It also depends on the amount of water you inhale everyday, and the amount of exercise you do daily

It seems all the problems are experienced exactly when you fell sick. Now-a-days my eyes pain too, while watching my computer screen when I am working. Because of that I also start headaches. I guess the ideal time for me to fall sick is when the spring is about to end and summer starts.

 

Ah 4 0r 5 times, and it is mainly because of less sleep and inproper diet...... Before one or two years , i will be doing water therapy and oil pulling for sometime, both kept me healthy , but now i can't follow them because i am will be going to sleep early morning, but those therapies must be done at early morning after a good sleep.

You mean to say, you work night shifts ?

 

lol. I am suffering from cold and cough since yesterday. I usually doesn't get sick. But I have to fight with cold and cough two times in a year. once during starting of summers and second during starting of winters. It happens just because of my carelessness.

 

I am lucky i don't get sick easily. none.
