    I've made one accidental click in one year. Happend due to bad placement of a dropdown menu. Didn't waste the time sending an alert to google for one click. I suppose that it happens every now and then to almost all publishers.

    Before I made it _very_ clear to my gf that she could not click on any ads, no matter how intresting the ad was, she clicked on a few of them. Different computer - same ip.

    Google did nothing about this either.

    Thier fraudant click detecting algorithm seems to be pretty clever.

    By our searches google probably know that I'm a male, and my gf is female, that we live toghter, what we are intrested in, approx our age etc etc etc. And thus they got an alert like this: "This publishers gf/wife has not yet understood how the adsense program works, give her some time, otherwise send an warning/banning message to the publisher" :p

    Well, For my first week in adsense, I was TOTALLY ignorant of the TOS. Between work and my home, I had about 30 clicks (my CTR was awesome being I had very little traffic!).
    Then suddenly, a little light went off in my head and I thought to myself, "This is probably wrong". After I reviewed the TOS, I realized I had committed a no-no.
    After looking around, on this forum believe it or not, I fessed up and sent an email to google begging for forgiveness and promising to never click again.
    They responded a week later. I was informed to never do it again and ALL my clicks up to that point were taken away. I only had a few that I didn't cheat on, but they allowed me to keep my account, so I considered my self lucky.

    I accidentally click them once in a while..its almost impossible not to without blocking the ads. I try and click the back button usually asap.

    How hard would it be to have a little box saying: insert IPs to block here. So that you can block your own address ?

    Its a good job I dont have to rely on adsense right now. its only a small % of everything. I doubt I would enjoy that constant rollercoaster.

    I just use this bit of code in my PHP pages, I'm on a static IP:

    PUT THIS SOMEWHERE IN A EARLY LOADING FILE, E.G. HEADER, TOP, START, CONFIG, WHATEVER YOUR PHP SITE LOADS FIRST
    <?php
    $user_ip = getenv("REMOTE_ADDR");
    //array of ips to block ads from
    $block_ads = array("111.11.11.111", "111.11.11.112", "IP3", "IP4", "etc...");
    ?>
    PHP:
    Then where ever you place your ads, use this block of code.

    <?php if (!in_array($user_ip, $block_ads)) { ?>

    PUT_ADSENSE_CODE_HERE

    <?php } ?>

    I've done it once just because I was scrolling down and computer locked up, so I started clicking and accidentally click the add.

    I've probably done it unknowingly before myself. I don't think Adsense would ban you for one or two times. However, if it became a habit, then there would probably be an issue.
