It is breakfast, lunch and dinner - Three times a day. That's all. The motto should be "The higher the frequency the less the quantity - It will help to keep the excess fat at bay". Happy and healthy living
I don't eat a set number of times a day, but counting my main three meals, I probably eat 5-6 times a day on average. I'm not a very good eater but I don't eat much crap for breakfast/lunch/dinner and I exercise regularly so it's not a big deal.
Three sticks of butter, a gallon of corn syrup, a few twinkies and a whale. I have to maintain that fit figure of mine.
I usually eat three times a day - Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes I eat some snacks in evening too.
I eat 5 full sized meals a day and many snacks but I have a very fast metabolism. I take in about 4500-5000 calories on any given day. Im 18, 5' 9" and 150 pounds. I am going to try cutting down because I want a six pack (I have a three pack if I flex lol). It will be hard because if I eat any less I get sick/dont feel too good.
