I eat at these times: Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner Snack But my snacks are healthy, an apple for the first, a banana for the second and something unhealthy for the third
Breakfast,Lunch,Evening Milk with some snacks and dinner thats all for me I need to concentrate on my weight also DON.
That is quite unhealthy, it is best to eat several meals a day. They do not have to be large, but must be sufficient to at least cover your caloric need for the day. You will hurt your metabolism doing that.
By right, having 5 small meals a day is the best. But I'm having only four a day, some with big serving, some with small serving. It's always hard to strike a balance eh?
