    2 times a day...once in the morning and once at night. I actually just saw a report on the news that supposedly if you never floss your teeth it will take six years off of your lifespan. Seems crazy to me

    Usually twice a day. In the morning and before going to sleep. Using listerine or sort of that is also a good idea for your oral hygiene.
