Well , I have made a habit of brushing my teeth twice daily . One time in the morning and secondly before going to bed. So , how many times do you brush your teeth ? Also include your timings .

The more important question is that which hand do you use to brush?

"They" say that using "the wrong" hand activates more brains. Brushing with your eyes closed and using your weaker hand sure is an adventure.

It is a regular practice for me to brush twice daily....once in the morning as soon as I get up...and once in the night, before going to bed.

Well, I used to brush twice a day but nowadays I just brush once.
I hope I will soon start brushing twice.

3 times a day. When I wake up in the morning, after lunch and before going to sleep. Flossing your teeth once a day is also just as important as brushing.

After lunch
and dinner.
I miss brushing after dinner few times. But I use floss twice a week. and my teeth are
