How many times do you bath a day?

I’d say I average twice a day, too. It just depends on what I do that day. For some reason last year I was hitting 3 and 4 showers a day. I really had to look at my life and say “hey, what the hell are you doing.”

I’d take a shower when I woke up to start the day. I’d hit a morning workout so that would require another shower. Then in the afternoon I’d end up playing basketball or something and need another one, and finally I’d take one before I went to bed. The thing was I would get such great ideas in the shower and I would always smell so fresh.

So now I’m at 1 or 2 a day and still so fresh and so clean.

 

I shower Mon-Fri. And on weekends if it's really necessary.

i take a shower or a bath once a day. it has become a habit for me. i love bathing that's why. i love water, it makes me feel clean.

im like the MONK... i try to take a bath about 2 times a day and more if i need too. Once i was taking a bath before and after i hit the gym in the morning. then once a night. I carry these new disinfectant wipes with me now to keep my hands clean from H1N1. haha.

 

Usually once, unless for some reason I get completely dirty then I do bathe again.
