I never thought of dying, I am too busy living to think about that. Such things are best left to God to worry about.

I think it's all related to how much Wealth and Love you have. The more you have of both, the more you become scared. Makes sense doesn't it?

I am scared to death at the thought of death, I have only started eaning a moderate amount from adsense now. I want to live until I have made it to $10,000 a day. Then I will hire a couple of doctors for my personal use and always travel in an Ambulance instead of one of those Merc Benz's and BMW's.

    Hello,

Mindfulness on death is a powerful meditation practice in Tibetan Buddhism.

It is best to do this under supervision because you might find yourself terrified if you think about death all the time. I tried this exercise and found myself scared to do even simple things like drinking water and sleeping and so I had to terminate the exercise.

But if you do achieve the state of mind where you are unafraid of death then there are no limits to what you can do. Think of the terror strikes in Mumbai. 10 persons were able to lay the entire city of Mumbai under siege because they were unafraid to die.

Mindfulness on death gives you a lot of power. It is up to you to use this power for good or for evil.

And the state of mind if you do this exercise properly is beyond words. The mind drops and you experience life as you would have never done so earlier in your life. You live life intensely - as it was meant to be lived without worries, fears, hopes, desires and the usual clutter of thoughts that we are concerned about the whole day long.

Try the mindfulness on death exercise but under supervision. Find a good Buddhist meditation master.

    regards

    Nikhil
