    Sometimes I go by a few days... depends on how busy I am with gf/work. But otherwise once or twice per day. I check my traffic stats more often instead.

    - early in the morning just before working
    - after have a lunch
    - after office hour
    - extra before go to sleep

    Where you are new to Adsense, you tend to check a lot in the early stages, then a little less when you find that you do not earn as much as you would have wanted to, then that rate again goes up when you do start to earn by implementing various techniques

    Even though my all time total only seem to move by a couple of cents every few weeks, i still check twice a day :(
