    I was guilty of checking many times a day, and then I decided to not check until I finish my work in the morning, and then check it after I do more work in the afternoon.

    Yes it easy at first to be tempted to check twenty times a day, but it will not grow until you do the work. ;)

    Usually if I am working on my sites, ie., linkbuilding I will check it a few times a day. Otherwise sometimes I go weeks without looking at it. Out of sight out of mind... until the deposits come in!
