    I was sort of addicted to checking my ads earning.
    Use to do it many times a day :D
    ........................ now kindof reduced to 3 times(avg).
    Also I check kontera once a day .............. useless me :p

    I tend to check every 30 minutes as it does generally change every 30 minutes. Around 30 times a day i estimate. I tend to slow down at weekends but this does not deter me.

    I have the FireFox adsense checker extension on my browser so I can continually see what my adsense is at.

    About 2-5 a day, sometimes not at all. I like to see a big increase, even if it happens after 1 week or so :p

    I just let AdSense and Kontera do what they're doing - I check them about twice a week.

    I check my CJ affiliate sales several times per day though.

    I use the Firefox extension too. It is quite cool as it allows you to observe your impressions and CTR continually throughout the day without any effort. However sometimes I think it is better to not check at all for a few days then there is an element of surprise added to the whole thing ;)
