I usually only brush in the morning but if I'm staying at my gf's place, I brush after dinner and before sleep. I guess I should stay there more often :)

Hey Jarodbody, I brush like two times a day; I've been doing this since I was 3 but my teeth still turned out yellow. So, as a dentist, how many times do you suggest I brush? I want to get back my pearly shine :(

They recommend two times or at least two times a day?

    I hope you're kidding...

What is Crest? I googled it but couldn't find out...

    I guess you should! :p

To get back the pearly shine probably you'll need some kind of tooth whitening, in office or to apply at home, but i don't know the case...I would have to see your mouth. :p

    2 times..

if you brush more than 3 times a day, after certain amount of days, your gum and teeth will become very sensitive..it'll ache or hurt even when normal drinking water temp goes up just a bit..so be careful

Hmmm that is not correct, sorry. :)
I do that all the time and never had that. You really need to be careful is with your brushing technique and the type of tooth brush you use. Always choose a soft or medium one. ;)
