How many time you use CTRL c CTRL V in a day?

    Probably 100+ times. Always making duplicate areas for my content in case I lose it in one location.

    I use 20 to 50 times a day and it is my average rate of using the CTRL C and CTRL V.

    I am doing an accounts Job and work in Microsoft excel all day. I think I do it thousands of times daily. nobody can count it I guess.:)

    I just do it some around 50 time... i am working in a call center there needs to copy paste numbers and user id and password. Today i took leave , if i go office daily i would do it around 250- 300 times lol...

    thankfuly while learning visual basic i learnt

    ctrl + x = shift + del
    ctrl + c = ctrl + Ins
    ctrl + v = shift + ins

    ctrl + shift + right/left arrow key = highlight;

    so instead of holding ctrl with the thumb, and moving my index finger all the way,,,
    i just use left shift / left ctrl, and right index finger for insert and delete right above the arrow keys....

    took a little effort to get into the habit, but saves a lot of time & effort!!!

    Probably at least 10 if I'm not even doing website related stuff.

    If I'm doing paperwork, returning emails or working on my site, maybe 20 to 100 times per day. Sure love the shortcut.
