How many time you can submit same article to multiple directories

    Hi All,
As we all know that receiving a back link from articles directories by submitting the article is considered as WHITE HAT SEO technique

And also its true content is king and link is Emperor . So by submitting article we achieve both of them

But now my question is very very simple. How many times we can submit the same article to different article directories ? What is good count of repetition ?

This question comes in as i have seen many people submitting same article to multiple directories, is it a good technique ? wont google interpret it as duplicate content if repeated again and again on different directories ?

Why do people offering service submit 1 article to 200 or 300 directories ?
Some of them suggest to submit 1 article to 50 and then offer service to submit 4 articles per 50 directories and make the count 200.

Be it same article to 50 directories or 100 directories , Content will still be considered duplicate. So will it help in achieving SEO results from content point of view or just links

    So Question is
How many time you can submit same article to multiple directories

Please advice the typical count or whatever appropriate based on your experience

    Thanks,

Not only will Google flag the article as duplicate, but Google might even bury your site because of spam tools. Stop trying to manipulate the system.

It's very simple. You can submit the same article to as many directories as often as you like. Do it MILLIONS of times, 'if you like'. However, it won't do you any good

The reason is explained here - Unique content myth

you can submit your article to hundreds of article directories.

however, I don't recommend that. Submit your SAME article to 4-5 article directories, then rewrite that and start over.

contentboss - very usefull explanation in that page.

Article spinning, if done properly, is the best way to go. Create a macro article. Create a GOOD macro article, then spin it and submit it to as many sites as you want.

    Here's a free article spinner: http://www.megawebworld.com/seo/article.php

Here's an explanation of how to create a macro article for use on the spinner: http://www.megawebworld.com/seo/article_help.php

By using the spinner on that site, you can copy-and-paste your 'spun' article to hundreds of sites.

The key is to create a good macro article. When I write a 500 word article, my macro article is oftentimes 2000 words+. This creates so much variation that all articles are unique.

Now there are some anti-spinners out there.. When spinning fails it's because there's not enough variation in the macro article.

it can be seen as dublicate content and google does not like that why not spin the article to make it look different then submit it? just make sure to not auto spin it only because it should be readable to the reader you can try copyscape for them.

LOL dude..stop giving advices if you have no clue:rolleyes:
you can submit it 1000 times if you want..no penalty here
just don't expect that google will index the article on all 1000 directories

A macro article is not an automated spin. A macro article uses alternate words, phrases, or sentences that you set up. Auto-spinners just work against a thesaurus, oftentimes making your article unreadable.

A good macro article is truly unique and readable. It takes a bit of practice and you need a strong command of the English language... But once you master it you can create unique content.

The contentboss article that was cited above provides a good example. With a macro article, you can create content that is unique enough.. And that will rank in the search engines.

I think it is fine to do as many as pos...just don't put the same content on your site. Keep the content on your main site unique and better than your articles.

Yes, spinning is the way to go. The links from the directories are more worthwhile if it's coming from unique articles. With spinning, you can submit to hundreds or even thousands of directories. If this sound like a lot of work, get a submitter service to do it for you.

It depends on the article directory. You need to make sure the directory actually get's indexed. They don't all get indexed due to lack of links and non-unique content.
