How many time in a month google crawl the website?

thank you so much all of you buddies. Your suggestions and opinions are very informative for me. But any one can tell there is any tool in which base i can check how many times google crawl my website in one month.

It all depends on the website. It could crawl your site once every month yet it crawls millions of times time.com

 

By the way what is the purpose of crawling? Why high pr above 5 sites are crawled everyday ? What does it means and how it affects the site. Kindly explain.

 

Its depends. If your site updates every minute then google will crawl it in every minute. Unique contents loves google

 

to know exactly your crawl stats, just use Google Webmaster Tools, as DoDo Me said.

p.s. crawl rate has nothing to do with website's pr. high traffic pr4 website with frequent content updates get crawled more and deeper than pr7 static website without updates for years.

It depends upon ,How frequently you update your website content and your page load time.

 

It depends on many things. But you can attract the spider to yourself-
sign up for Google analytics and put the tracking code into your site.
submit a site map.
make high quality backlinks.
update your site regularly.
after publishing a new content in your site:
put a backlink to that content in to your homepage.
make backlinks from another sites to that content-you can do social bookmarking for that-it is easier.
and as you have signed up for google analytics-I think soon your new content will be updated.
and when your site is updated by the bot-it will also be crawled.

In my own experiences, sites with PR higher than 4 would have their new contents indexed within 24 hours since Google bots would usually reside on such sites.

Google can crawl your website when you tell him to do, you ahve a option in the webmaster tools, i have set it to the max, 2 times per second

No one knows. But those crawlers will crawl more if they find that you update your site more often and crawl less if you don't.

Generally Google crawls the website twice a month but if you frequently change or update the content it will crawl according to the content updated..

 

The frequency of crawling depends on the quality of your site and the backlinks linking to that site.

 

May be google crawl every hour as I experience with my blog posts.

 

Google crawls those sites many times a day who updates their sites many times a day and have lots of backlinks

 

Add content and build links, and google bot will come more frequently to index new pages.
