I am 20 and have been working online since I was 13. Since i have been working online for such a large portion of my educational career I have no idea how much effect it has on me.

In college I am studying finance and economics.

    I'm 22,

I'm attending my third year as a Computer Science: Software Engineering student at the University. Adsense has been a great benefit in supporting my tuition fees. I hope to one day in the future achieve Adsense success and build my own Game Development company.

Playing with adsense is full time job.I think its not good for students becaue it can hurt your studies for few bucks.

    Thanks Everybody For Great Response!

As a conclusion, I just wanna say that at the end of the day it all depends on individual and it is possible but its tough. My advise is keep your studies at first priority, people who are working on it at the age of 13-18 can give more or I should say most time to adsense in thier vacations and holidays but In normal days and during exams one should do it near nothing (leaving).

It can work and will not effect your studies as well as you will remain satisfied and happy. Think about it -- -- -- -- -- -- One has to strive hard to get something and balance between more then one things is must.

Thanks Again For your responses. :)

I'm 21 and in my fourth year of my Business Management and Economics, and I'm really regretting choosing to do a dual because my online earnings are now looking like they have much more of a future than a future in the corperate world. If I had of opted to do a single degree I'd have finished already and could focus on my sites, rather than considering dropping out with no degrees...

As for are my studies effected... I'd say my motivation is effect but overall my grades have probably stayed the same if not improved (I think it is because my ego and pride stop me from failing). But I have now dropped down to part time uni, quit my job, and moved back home so that I have more time to work on my sites and establishing an "online empire". I imagine that I will finish my degrees, but I'll be doing them part time from now on, full time uni just whilst trying to support yourself from online earnings is too stressful, and doesn't do either justice.

Just on a side note it is great to see so many students out there like myself.

18 last year of college. i've always done a lot of webdesign/programming in my free time throughout my education - i like the break and its kind of educational in its own right. i dont think its harmed my learning at all, just given me an extra edge :)
