Hi I suppose to start a new WP blog about nature.. I don't know how many Space is recomend for WP? ( e.g.How many space needed for 10000 posts ) Is 2GB and 500GB hosting plan enough for it? WP users help me..
We currently run a blog farm at my work place (created by myself). If you have full access to your box you can easily make 100 installs of new blogs for under 2 meg. If you done hard copies you need 3meg per blog install, as for the size of the databases, 45 blogs (20-30 posts a day) has taken up 10 meg over 5 months. So 2gig would be more then enough for 10000 posts. Sym link blog farm: 100kb per blog (max) Full copy: 13 meg
Text Files are extremely small. Video and Photos are what you need to worry about. I use reseller hosting and I'll typically allocate 50-100mb for a new WordPress Blog. I have blogs that use a bit more, but I also have blogs using only 1-2mb. Unless you plan on scraping and hosting a huge amount of your own videos and photos you should have way more resources than you need for a blog of that size given the numbers you provided.
..it may works for you, but it will be impacted to your visitors, coz it will take too long calculating your space between your hosting space and the mass of visitor that come on your blog, I'd rather suggest you to take up 100mb, hope it will help.
