    You can submit any number of bookmarks per day, it has no limit but you should submit only on good PR site and unique content.

    Yes but why some people say if i submit my website to too many social bookmarking sites then Google can consider that like a spam and penalize my site?

    You can submit as many social bookmarks as you like. I would recommend doing them all manually rather than using automated submission software.
