Ya but you shouldn't do over do it though, google is updating their algo constantly so they might catch on a penalize for it. Just a thought though.

But, i see lot of people say here if i submit to too much social bookmarking sites daily, then spiders, Google can consider that like a spam.

First, i not understand why Google or other search engines consider that like a spam.Why is a problem if i make 200-300 social bookmarks daily on different social bookmarking websites?

Little is weird if he consider that like a spam, if i promote my site on that way,and of course with manual method.

i can submit up to 300 per day with social monkee but it not a good way .
100 is still ok because it possible but don't do it too frequent or not you will get yourself in sandbox.
