Is reciprical link exchange good with relevant sites. And how many links of other pages should i have on my page without it affecting my SERP rankings. ?? Rep for any advice. No magic formula, just find out trusted sites with high PR, it gives more weight than a lot of links from small sites.

Yes, reciprocal links are good as long as you also have decent one way links. Get as many reciprocal links as you can and get one way links on directories (preferably niche directories) and blog comments, etc. But limit the links out from your links pages to under 100 per page as per Google recommendation.
see there is not any fix number for link exchange, only u have to take care is no build links should be pointed to your site within short time. i mean don't go for link exchange with 1000 sites within one day.

But keep one point handy, since recip linking requires a linkout from your domain, and "Inbound links do not hurt your site, But Outbound can" there fore, Do a complete check of the site you are about to link, Like its nieghbourhood, content duplicacy, keywords it ranks for, Backlinks check, check for its resources pages if they are filled up with links.. Just coz of the risks involved with recips, many prefer one ways..But recips are not out.. they are still valueable as long as they are done with proper sites. While considering recips, I would not add anything more then 5-8 links on a page, which would make the visitor comfortable as well the site search engine friendly.. Overdoing so may lead to a PR leak and a drop in SERPS, since these are the outbound links from you site, which DO HURT! Hope that helps..
Links that is related to your site are the best links that you can got. Just minimize reciprocal linking and focus more on one-way links coz it has much value for the search engines
don't overdo such reciprocal links for it will result to somewhat like link farming. you are doing good with having links related to your site. keep it up and know the limitations.

Yes, link exchange with relevant site is good. As long as the site is relevant to your site links will not harm your site.
there is no exact number but in my opinion, using less than 10 outgoing links is good for a link exchange
reciprocal links can be very helpful but make sure it is relevant and quality links.. you evaluate it yourself as a normal site visitor not as SEO. IMO, there's no limit as to how many links but as what i've said it should be relevant.
