Just want to get an idea of how many sites you had to build before you became satisfied with how much you were making. I keep creating new sites thinking this will be enough but i'm up to about 20 sites and it's not enough. Also what types of sites are making you the most?
I'm pretty new to this running websites, but I am finding that its quality, not quantity of sites that matter. If I don't have time to market and manage another site, I have learned to just stick to what I currently have until there is more time...
Yerp i agree, i'm trying to stick to optimize one or two at a time, as for making new sites it doesnt really count, but i work on two sites building links etc at a time, then when im happy i move on.
That's right, make quality and not quantity, I know 2 guys, one making $300 a day with 23 sites, and another making $500 a day, with just one site. So you decide.
I run one for myself - and a few others as webdesigner where I get payed by the hour, not their income.
i run 4-5 sites but non of the sites are famous bacause of lack of time i give, just earning around $7-10/day.
I only run a few directories and I don't earn much from them..Still thinkg about making more sites. He works around 20 hours/day I believe
I think most people run a handful of sites. There is nothing thats says what the optimal number is because verybody is different. Some work a lot harder than others.
I have about 10 sites, but I am going to sell most of them as I want to focus on my best sites, instead of having a big network that earn pennies. I start to believe that less is better, as you can work focused.
I am into my third sites now...And I hope top reach ten and then will see.Need to find more content though.
I agree. I have one big site, although I will probably buy more sites in the near future and integrate them with the one big site - And use the big site to promote the new sites as my niche is very targetted. Good idea, eh?
