How many site must use for get around $500-$1000 per month from adsense?

just wondering how many site must use for get earn around $500-$1000 or more per month from adsense?
1, 3, 9, 15, 100 or more?
btw i now used 5 site for running adsense and can got earned only $50 per month
any past experience about it?

 

hey empiredream! You don't need to have many website! You can have only one but a good one! Make a great one with interesting and useful content then advertise it a lot, choose the right keywords, and the money will come quickly!

 

How many sites you have does not matter.

It's how much traffic on each site.

Obviously you're very new to this, and if you're making $50 a month with the little amount of knowledge you have, I'd say that's pretty good. Just doing what you're doing and keep trying.

i currently have 2 sites but only avg 20 hits per day now my earning is only 10, and it have being running for 3 mths...

 

I have a LOT, I make a LOT believe it or NOT lol

 

I'm in the range you said (in the first part of it) with only 1 site and not an english site.
I receive 2-3 thousand of visitors/day from Search Engine.
The important things are : a good content site,good positions in google.

wissam, can you tell us how many sites do you own and how much do you make money? n what's your average daily traffic on your websites?

 

Ok, it is not a question of "How Many Sites"

It is a question of how much traffic, what is your convertion, average per click equaling total earnings...

I just create a very very simple excel file...

Just enter how much money you want to make, you current price per click and what is your average CTR and you will get how much traffic you need in total...

THAT is the answer you are looking for...

If you need 100.000 impressions and you are currently making a 1000, then you will need 100x what you have...

The amount of sites is not the factor here.. is the amount of traffic...

Some will say make 1 good site, some will say have 5, some will say 100+...

It all dependes on the amount of traffic...

Yeah the post above me puts it right. If you have 1 site that brings in 5,000 people a day or 50 sites that bring in 100 people a day it's all the same thing. assuming the pay per click ends up around the same that is.

 

It is very important to note that there are some websites that make alot less per click than other websites.

On a gaming website I have, I make about $0.05 a click. On a tech website, I make $1/click.

I am so close that I could touch $500/month.

 

for some reason I used to be in that trap thinking I needed 5 or 10 sites to pull in some bling. What I really need is to focus on content and links for my existing site and pull in a few thousand visitors a day. then that $1k will be a cakewalk.

Wow 500 sites, how do you manage to keep them under control, i have a folder on my desktop for each site, your desktop must be jammed lol.

I take it they are all automated sites run by the users, like a forum etc... 1k a month thats a nice sum

 

500 sites and only $1K per month? Although I am not in a position to question you but I have read at so many places, people with 100 times lesser then your sites make 100 times more then you.

 

One of my sites gave me $328 last month and rest gave $17 hehe now you decide what you need!!! only a good website nothing else
