That's going to be hard to make... You best to hire some help for a percentage of the profit and make as many as you can.
So, your opinion is to try in create as many as possible and keep churning them out maybe selling for less but make more?
I would suggest you put it into a package. For example: marriage package - one website, 10 PLR articles, and 1 PLR videos. You can put $10 per package and sell it for 50 people only. You will make $500. You can sell it at Digital Point buy/trade section.

Another Idea is to make at least 5 of these sites. Promote them and make at least $50 form affiliate offers and sell them at the end of the month for $400 So that is 5 x $400 = 2000 same as $500 per week.
Just put your offer at the main section. Remember, title is the most crucial part, whether you want to post in DP buy/sell trader or Warrior Special Offer at Warrior Forum. Work on the title of your post.
