I can do between 30-40. But to compensate for my underachievement, I do about 70-80 sit-ups.This usually pumps me up and gets me going for the day. Unfortunately, there are times when I strain myself too much and I have my unexpected asthma attacks. I always try to be careful whenever I'm exercising, But these things are just inevitable for me.
30 lol. I could do it for over 100, when I was working out. Even now when I no longer work out, I still can do 50.
I don't think it's about how many, but how well you these. Â No cheating! Â And the more time you spend on each, the more you'll get out of it.
about 20 I think, but its one of those things that if you train daily for just a month you can get to 50 easily
