Title says it all, how many can you guys do? And be honest. i've only recently started again after the winter break, and i am currently looking for a better sport.. i was thinking boxing but it would be much harder and i hear you need to be specific weights. be honest guys, i can only do 25-30 at the moment..internet says that 36-60 is mens average and i'm aiming towards that and not the teen ones... so you guys?
I do pull ups on a daily basis. Ranging from 8-12 reps, 3-5 sets. When it comes to push ups, I could probably do 50 per set if I try hard. Dips are a piece of cake, I can do them all day.
I can do about 60-70 push ups and I am not fit at all right now. When I've been working out for a while I can do over 100 in one go.
I do 60 push ups in 60 seconds. 60 leg raises(60 each leg), 60 squats, 60 jumping jacks, 60 plank crunches. I do all that in 10 minutes 3 to 5 times a week.
I used to use the Hundred Pushups app on the iPhone and that helped me to do more but then I got lazy and forgot about it. I've recently started to do pushups again and can only do about 30 at one time... Possibly 35-40 if I really push myself and don't want to use my arms the next day haha
