I usually juggle around 3, I dabble in many different projects until one really starts making money. Then I focus in on that one and exploit it till the well runs dry!

I have several projects working right now, but I do not juggle them. I only work on one at a time. Some days one some days another, and sometimes I will work on one for a few days or a week

find that one thing that you absolutely love to talk about and devote 110% of your time to it. You will be glad that you did because in the end, 110% of something is much better than 33% of three different things. I can say this after being down that path. Try it! Good Luck.

Quality over quantity always. Two to three is a good number if the project involves fortune 50 companies as the clients.

4 mini projects, but very time consuming.

I used to juggle a dozen projects at once, hoping something would stick. Now I realize that it is better to focus on one major project and a couple smaller ones. A while back I deleted a bunch of my blogs, for example. Now I focus on my business website, a hobby blog and a how-to website.

I am a business coach and this is what I teach my clients.

What I do is list my projects, then along side them put in 2 extra columns (Impact & Ease). I rate each project from 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) on what impact will the project have on me & my business (normally money I can make).
Then do the same with the "ease" column. How easy will the project be (time, cost etc).

Then I add up the scores and the one with the highest score wins and that is what I work on by breaking it down into all of it's steps, look at what I can out source and what I have to do.

Finally I put these tasks into my default diary which tells me what I am doing on any given day.

This way I get my projects finished on time.

I roughly juggle between 4-5 projects at once.
