    This depends on your SEO strategies and client's need, You can submit 1 or 2 press release daily, but make sure that press release you are using should be high PR do follow sites.

    It actually depends on the kind of links your competition has on the
    keywords that you are targeting. 1 press release would give you top
    rankings for something like "showlow exterminator"
