How Many PR6 or PR7 or PR8 or PR9 Backlinks Do I Need To Make My Domain PR7 ?

    You need a one pr8 backlink
    No, you can make backlinks from you website to the same website

    one pr9 should do it, or a couple pr8's if you're lucky

    I got a PR6 with one PR8, there's so many topics about this. Probably worth searching the forum, and remember PR is really meaningless. It's traffic that counts.
