How many of you have full time employees working for you? Right now, I do not have any full time employee, but am thinking of getting one. Where do you look for full time employees (for webmastering related work) ?
I dont but you could always look on dp if you didnt mind somebody working over phone/internet for you Alternatively just put a ad in your local paper or in shop windows What kinda work you want people for?
I do not have anybody working for me, but I may consider getting some staff later on, if my buisness grows even more than it is at the moment. It would help a lot for a few people working for me, maybe if I go and open a office in Pakistan, I can get good cheaper workers !
partners would want a share of profit. an employee gets a fixed salary - no matter how good or bad business is. I would not take in a partner unless he can do something that I cannot do. I am basically looking for people for simple tasks... which I can do too, but am not able to because of time constraints.
How many hours work a week would you want them to do I now somebody who is very good. She cant do skill work such as web design etc but she can do simple tasks IF you pm me what your looking for i will send it her and tell her to contact you if she is interested Also as a bonus she always wants paymnt after wok

What kind of work is it? I have some people work for me sometimes, but not like in fulltime mode. It's more ' project-based'. You could look at rentacoder.com to find some decent guys that are up for the job. PM me if you need more info or have questions.
1 business partner, and one employee. The employee is amazing, she works out of Russia and gets everything done that I need. Couldnt live without her now!
I used to work for Graphic Template design and php coding, but the owner of the company decided he didn't make much on templates, so now he has like an empire of sites with adsense. I know he makes tons of money (10gs a month my guess, only 17 or 18)... I hire people with certain projects when I need things done asap, but nothing big. I also hire people to jump-start my pages. I paid someone $500 to get me 2500 members and 10,000 posts... I basically bought domain, hosting and gave him the admin access. It was his site for the 3 months. Now the site converts quite well... On my business (non-online) I have 3 full-time workers. Electronic business.
