    I mostly drink energy drinks, I will say when I quit energy drinks and coffee, I never had so much energy in my life. It was awesome, but like all my habits, they never truly go away.

    I used to drink 6 cups of long black a day. But have stopped for a couple of years now. It was giving me horrible insomnia, have to kick coffee out.

If you don't loke coffee there are few tea option to gain energy.
    Alternative's are:
    • Matcha tea
    • Green tea
    • Black tea
    • Yerba mate
    • Golden milk
    • Chai tea
    These drinks are rich in antioxidants, which can help support energy levels and mental clarity.
