How many people are REALLY on MySpace

The supposed member count on MySpace is currently 210 million. I used to have about 10 MySpace accounts before most of them got shut down. I would have to estmate there are about 50 million people on MySpace realistically since a lot of people have about 20 accounts or more. Do you agree or disagree?

I agree, many users have multiple accounts and there are a lot of spam accounts.

 

I agree. I would love to know how many hotmail accounts have been created over the years because of multiple accounts. I imagine it would be nearing a billion accounts.

I've never had a myspace account. But it would be obvious some people would create more than 1 account.

 

20 accounts per person would be the average IMO, because there are a lot of people using bots to create hundreds of accounts everyday.

Thats why I recommend you use some local (less popular) social networking site to find friends or love.

Hmmm. 20 per person is a bit extreme isn't it? Maybe 5, considering a the losers make spam MySpace accounts, and the normal people only make 1

 

Well I only have one.... but I could see how others have multiple.

 

There are those who have 20 profiles, there are those with only one.

I wouldn't say as low as 50 million, but certainly less than the number they give you.

I have no Ida, I just have 1 myspcae account for fun and to advertise on a litle. Not much tho and I have litle activity on it anyway.

Having multiple accounts with a lot of friends each, gives more exposure when used for marketing purposes.
