I have 2 accounts also personal and premium. Until now i didn't get banned from paypal

 

This is definitely against TOS. Your client must be definitely up to no good. It not something to be proud about being associated to.

Paypal, in my experience only allow one account per address, I may be wrong

 

for more than one account you need different user name differ account for verification...................much another headache, so beter work wid one account

 

You can only create 2 account 1 is personal and the other one could be business/premier...You can create other account if its for another personal but for you own self you are only allowed 2 accounts
