    Facebook mainly. I have about 800 friends; it's amazing how sharing a link on your wall can do. In any case, it's still a small number. I'm at my wit's end on how I could increase traffic.

    100 friends? Man I've been on Facebook for more than 3 years now. Even 800 is less for a 3 year old account. Note: most of these 800 are people that I actually do know.

    All of my traffic is free. My most recent does 900-1200 visitors a day

    Do you need a book suggestion or something? Methods vary.
