How many pages are Google bots crawling every day?

    I'm trying to know how many pages do Googlebots crawl daily, or weekly, or monthly? Not trying to find numbers for my specific website; rather,I want general numbers. Is it possible to get those? Cheers, David

    you can find only the average number, or whose personal results, as each site is indexed by Google in different ways

    Its hard to state how many pages google bot crawls in a day because the data required for indexing the pages is calculated from millions of page results.

    Google's bots daily visit billions of pages to the index of the search engine was relevant. The more frequently the site is updated, the more often bots come to it.

    I realize your question is how many on the entire internet. Just to throw some stats out there, my ~425-page website gets an average of 131 pages crawled by Googlebot daily. That's about 31% of my pages that get crawled daily.

    by doing a simple search, it is estimated that Google has 35 trillion pages indexed, and this number could be much higher.

    The exact or approximate count is not publicly known. But to give you a rough idea of the enormity of the situation:

    1.There are millions of static websites that do not get updated very often. So crawling takes place most proabably once a year or as per web host ping update.
    2.There are billions of blogs and dynamic websites which generate new content every second. Google captures these updates via the RSS feeds or server update pings. I'm not too sure which methodology is exactly used.

    I think the exact figure varies within a large framework. The bot is improved and the data changes, just as the number of pages depends on different sites.
