How many outgoing links?

    Hi,

    How many outgoing links (links pointing to an extern website) can you have on a page before Google frowns? How about affiliate links?

    You can have a lot of links, but I recommend to have not more than 100 on one page. If there is good content google doesn't care about affiliate links, but sites with only affiliate links don't have a chance with google.

    Thanks Nicolasthun, for your opinion. I certainly won't have as many as 100 outgoing links. However, sometimes I make a list of useful websites my visitors can check out, with links to each website; but at the most there are 25 links.

    Yeah 100 is a good max. I wouldn't go over that

    Usually web with high PR has over 100.000 links
