How many of you rank higher with Yahoo than Google

Exactly the same here, ....... I love you MSN

 

I rank in the top ten for all (not very popular) targeted keywords on my gaming site. Yahoo gives me a couple of #1's and is consistantly better than google, but not by an astonishing amount.

I get ten times as many referrers from google than I do from yahoo even with the slightly lower ranking.

 

Count me also..I get more traffic from google than from yahoo....

 

Google is a giant in search engine. If you play well in google then you will do good on other search engines too. Google has got its own rules and procedures to rank a site. Yahoo will rank you higher than google but google is widely used for searching.

 

It varies a lot for me although I do only focus on Google. Even when I get higher rankings on Yahoo I will mostly get higher traffic from Google

 

Some of my sites are well rank in google,yahoo and msn. But the sites almost mo than 3 years.

Try set your best keyword,longer is the better.

And try to do a lot of backlink from same sites that have keyword like your sites, do blog commenting,buy a backlink,it's good for your site ranking.

"money" keyword is the top keyword in search engine,try set your keyword to "what is the best way to make money".

I'm not seo expert,this is what I learn from DP's member..

 

The rank of keywords is easy in yahoo in comparative with Google because the competition is very high for Google. Google is advertisement company so it want the generate revenue by ads.

 

I rank pretty crappy in Yahoo compared to Google. Google is easily optimized for. Yahoo is a bit more tricky.

 

I never check yahoo, so I'm not sure how I rank there..lol

Google! ALso been getting some high rankings in Bing & yahoo though. Have to say it is alot easier to rank in those 2 but you won't generate as much traffic sadly.

 

I think yahoo has improved quite a lot from past few years and comparing with Google it is not a huge difference with yahoo because yahoo Google is beneficial and it more to trust , because it is used by 98.99% of the World Wide Web
visitors and yahoo is not visited by not even 75% of the World Wide Web visitors . Google and yahoo! are very similar in some things , like for example ; Google and yahoo! have both ask,answer and watch video's and Google has a blog and so does yahoo! . Google has one thing less than yahoo! , and that is that in yahoo! , you can meet friends everyday and you can upload things .
