How many of you have switched to wordpress 2.3?

Strange, am I the only one having errors displayed when writing a post??? Anyone else having this problem???

 

Count me in the Wordpress v2.3 users.

 

what do you all think of the new tag feature? I haven't upgraded it yet, but I've heard a lot of negative things about it.

 

I upgraded on my test blog and ran into some plugin compatibility problems. I'll wait for a minor update or two before trying it out on a live blog.

 

i just upgraded yesterday.. no problems..

 

this usually happens when you have the sitemap plug-in installed, check that plug-in and upgrade it. I have this problem previously on posting and moderating comments but then after upgrading also the plug-ins, it worked.

 

I didn't bother yet. I don't want to lose time with re-modding my skins. So far I am pleased with the script as it is

most skins work with 2.3 if they worked for 2. and above

 

I still haven't upgraded. might do it the next update.

 

I switched most of mine. Be sure, if you are using the Google Sitemap plugin, update that first.. it will cause errors when posting or editing posts.

I haven't had many problems except for my custom themes. Those I will hire to be fixed later.

 

you mean, themes that worked on lower versions won't work anymore in 2.3?

 

No, if they are done properly, they will work. I was talking about my custom themes which weren't done right.

that's great (with the old theme still working) since I'm not planning in changing my layout.

 

The problem is plugins. Some are incompatible. Check wordpress.org for a compat list.

 

I just upgraded 15 minutes ago

Database upgrade went without a hitch - all fine

Was not able to post by email with Thunderbird in v2.2

Version 2.3 - no problemo!
