you can use a simple page somewhere and simply use an iframe on all your other sites.
on your other sites you create a privacy policies page and simply put an iframe with the source being yoursite.com/yourpage.php?domain=otherdomainname.com
and yourpage.php takes the domain variable and build the privacy policies text with the domain name.
so that you only have one place to update your policies for all your sites in the future.

At first I thought this was a great idea. However.... Google doesn't index frames very well and Google tries to do everything by algorithm. If they can't see the policy on the site, then they may close your account.

I honestly don't think they'll ban you from adsense by algorithm without a human check!

But if you are scared about that, and you have programming skills, instead of an iframe you can do a php include with an external url, or read an external url with curl, and display it in your privacy pages, the content will be in the page, readable by search engines. But I really believe an iframe is fine.

If they do that, I'm sure you can contact them and submit proof that it's there. They probably do a human check on the ones they can't see very well, anyway!

This just in, I've found some people in another forum I frequent who have just been banned for not having an updated privacy policy. Get your privacy policies updated now if you haven't!
