How many of you had any experience of using the site IRCTC

    IRTC is an Indian railway portal site were we can book tickets and reserve hotels all over India, many people have had bad experience about the site but as for me I really like using the site. Any one with a valid reason why you hate the site.

    the site doesn't work 33% of the time, but still is a great way to book tickets.

    being a government-run high traffic site, I don't expect it to do much better...:D.

    I have used it many many times.

    i never encountered such problem so far, and you are right on it being a government run site ,don't expect it to be very good.

    Try betweeen 8:00am to 8:10am.

    even if u have a 10Mbps Connection u wont be able to Load a Page At 8am...

    Thats actually very good venture from our govt... i think this is the first and the only dynamic web site for any product of india... that makes me feel proud..:)

    It is good site for Indian Railway.
    I got various mails from IRCTC and it provides good service also.
