I work out almost daily, and I lift very heavy. If done properly you do not need to take a day off after every session.
I started going to gym since last 2 months, its leaves great feeling, light body, glowing skin with huge sweat release, i advice that everybody should workout regularly to burn fat, stay fit and slim.
Don't you want girls to reply to the thread too?? Anyway, I go twice a week. There used to be a Bodybuilding thread around here somewhere... What happened to that thing?
I work out 5 days a week and take weekends off, but I hate gyms. I run on the beach 3 times a week, and then use the equipment on there to do chin-ups, press ups etc. Then the other 2 days I use my gymstick at home. If I can be bothered, sometimes I do a bit of yoga in the morning to stretch it out a little...
I used to go to gymnasium regularly also. right now, for me, it’s quite difficult to manage time and energy for that. hope I’ll start again.
I dont go to gym.Once i used to go daily but i am not having proper time to go but going gym is good for health but when ever we lave it body will be distrubed
I work out 4 times a week and I feel perfect. Since I've started going to the GYM (before 1 year) I've never got sick or something like that.
