How many of you are using Facebook group to drive huge traffic to your website r blog

Are you using Facebook groups to drive traffic to your site ? If yes how much effective that traffic is>......

Yes, facebook is effective to drive traffic, but thatz it, this traffic doesnot turn into sales. As in my case it has not yet happened. Even if you keep adding friends to your profile or your facebook group, it doesnot matter, until you get these people on your site to turn into sales. Dont tell me if they visit my site, I sould be the one who should have a attractive site. No I have noticed many times, that the people coming from facebook on your site doesnot even open the site and read whatz written on it. So making friends and increasing the members is not going to help much.

 

It's better to use facebook business pages(fan pages). Better for SEO and useful in Facebook Marketing. With facebook business page you may create your own custom landing page just simply install FBML code and insert there your landing page which helps in converting traffic into fans and customers. + You can use Facebook Ads to advertise this landing page and have better conversion rate.

 

I thinks that's right..we should be very smart in for making sales with the group or fan page people.

 

facebook is a great way to get traffic but hardly would your friends make u sales, if u advertise there.
if they manage to buy once then before they buy again, heaven will come.....but make sure ur blog content is enticing enough.

I am using it, and I am quite satisfied with it. 100+ unique visitors come just after I add new post to the Facebook fan page.

 

I have just started with facebook application to my site it is really good way to generate traffic ..

 

100 plus uniques means having a lot of fans...

 

FB seems to have worked for a few people, but most not.

 

i use facebook for traffic and i am really getting huge traffic from it. if you use it wisely you can get handsome amount of traffic

Try to start a group first. And give it to your friends and they to their friends and etc Then you will get some traffic to your website
