How many of us are there?

Does anyone have any figures for how many people are doing AdSense? Judging by the amount of money Google is making, there must be a lot of us. But anyone know how many?

According to this source (http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2160841/google-profits-rocket-while) Google gets 99% of its revenue from advertising, and it has $2.5 billion annual revenue. (Is it true???)

If we guess that only 10% of that revenue gets paid out to AdSense publishers, that's still a HUGE amount.

 

68,115,02 publishers in all -- not counting Rashesh in India, who just got banned yesterday.

 

oh there are lot of adsense pub' in a short time of just 10 yrs google has been one of the leading company ,and i noticed that google logo has been one of the most expensive logo

 

I believe the percentage payout is much higher than 10%, maybe as much as 80%. If you look at their financials, the revenue of $2.5 billion had a cost of sales of almost $1billion. Of the $2.5 billion a good chunk of it is based on ads on search pages not on content pages.

I would guess there are a couple hundred thousand Adsense publishers with the majority still wishing they'd get a monthly check.
