    Rule of thumb, never count on AdSense as a revenue stream. Use 1 or 2 blocks to kill unused space. I make more money affiliate marketing then AdSense in a week. lol

    My adsense account got banned too. Due to invalid clicks. I never once clicked on ads.

    I appealed but lost.

    It's best not to keep all your eggs in one basket and have some other ad networks available

    My adsense income was enough to provide a good living income. Was paying my house payments and other bills with it.

    I've now setup direct ads on my website and allow advertisers to purchase direct ad space.

    This way I can't be banned from my own program and lose my income.

    Clicking on ones own adverts is the least common cause of invalid activity. If in your appeal all you did was deny doing it, then of course your appeal will fail.

    Sorry to hear this, I've been fighting an ongoing and losing battle with Google for sometime now - they wont provide an explanation for the increasing number of invalid clicks on my account which is very frustrating as from my knowledge I'm not breaking any of their rules unless.

    i think it's Google getting better at catching those invalid clicks.

    we didn't even really know how much they were deducting until recently...

    i get about 0.5% so far each month, is your % higher than that?

    I was surprised with a ban mail. Have you been using any traffic exchange or a fiverr gig to improve your clicks? That might be the cause. Maybe someone clicked your ads intentionally to ban you.
