    Dear All Respected DPers,

I am curious/interested to know how many dpers are using Moneybookers and :-

1.Are you satisfied with their services?
    2. Do you prefer it over paypal?
    3. Upto what %age of online community is using MB?
    4. What are their security mesures?
    5. How reliable they are?

I hope this information will help everyone on Dp, who would like to know about DP.

P.S:- Please feel free to post if you have any kind of information on moneybookers, even your queries too, so that senior members can advise.

    1. i am satisfied with their services. but not with their customer support. they are lazy people who take ages to reply.
    2. Yes, but unfortunately buyers dont prefer it ! Paypal gives buyer protection, moneybookers gives only seller protection :)
    3. Use google :D
    4. They send a letter with a security code for address verification. If u use moneybookers as a realtime payment processor on website, it asks for all private information.. or it blocks u untill u provide those informations.
    5. ok-ok type...

1.Are you satisfied with their services?
I have signed up months ago just never used ever other than once.
    2. Do you prefer it over paypal?
Yes I prefer it over moneybookers
    3. Upto what %age of online community is using MB?
    0%
    4. What are their security mesures?
    5. How reliable they are? Just didnt like the process from the only time I had used them.

I am looking at other alternatives such as alert pay and revolutionmoney.com(they/revolutionmoney - deposited $25 into my account when I first registerd and validating my bank account and transfering the $25 to my bank account was quite easy and painless)

    1. Been using them for years they are great.
    2. Yes, without a doubt
    3. Although Paypal is by far the biggest payment processor, moneybookers must come a good second, after all everyone knows how bad paypal is, you don't hear anywhere near as many problems with moneybookers.
    4. They use real time verification, for example you have to enter real details and also they send a letter to your address. As its registered in the UK is also has to guarantee the safety of your money. They don't allow duplicate accounts.
    5. Sending and receiving payments is quick easy and simple, they don't have problems with speed and they don't take weeks to send you letters and to process your documents.

Does MoneyBookers have a referral program currently? Anyone with some solid referral earnings from recruiting other members for the MoneyBookers program? Thanks for the insight.

I am using Moneybookers and paypal both. But i must say that paypal is widely accepted as payment processor in compare to MB. Other people always prefer first Paypal so no more choice

I have recently opened a moneybookers account . I was amazed to see that although my customer send $$$, it was automatically accumulated in my own country's curency. However, I have been using paypal since so many years. I am happy with it.

I personally prefer MoneyBookers over PayPal because they are more reliable and don't do crazy things like freezing accounts for made-up reasons.

But in the business I am in, 95% of people only use and know of PayPal, so I have to use it many times. I think MB is most recognized in tech fields and some online forums - not the average customer.
