For me good links are links that become from page close with my content
and the links are for 5 % pr3, for 10 % pr2, for 10 % and for pr1 and for 65 % pr0.

No-one knows that answer to that, but there's a lot of people chasing the same keywords and search engine results. As many as possible is the real answer - probably many thousand.

I am doing submission of directory, but somebody have one list of 10 000 directories that pass the paergank ?

My honest advice: you will waste a few years of your life trying to rank for this keyword.

 

It is a very competitive keywords and to success not the number of backlinks is important but you must play the quality to success.
* get related links with the right anchor text.
buying links can be the way to start your link building.

 

In the end it's more about quality and not quantity.

 

Sky is the limit when it comes to the number of links. Quality does matter obviously. Getting to the top for such a competitive keyword isn't the easiest thing in the world to do- especially with a brand new site.

If this is the first time you are trying to rank for a keyword, try a less competitive keyword before moving on to this one
