I have just bought a drop domain with valid high page rank. I'm sure sooner or later, this PR will be drop also with changing the owner and themes.
Do you know how many links should I find from related and qualified backlinks to keep or more increasing the page rank...?
    please give me advice.

    thanks.

I think if it is too high than try some link building services other otherwise you cant maintain it . Because for maintaining that pr you need quality backlinks from same pr web pages related to your niche . Go to services section and ask someone for solution .

There's no limitation to how many links that you should get, the more the better but best is, all of them should be related or in the same niche as yours. Another thing to add is that link development should be gradual and increasing day by day.

There is no limit of links. You can collect 1000 or more than but the link should be relevant to your website.

There is no set number of backlinks you need to have, but the more high quality back links you have the better.

Well you've got some keywords obviously and you want at least some of them to be on page on the backlinks. At the very least shoot for some good anchor text and mix this up.

How many links is enough or too many? Well the best advice here is to research your competition. Find out how these sites are beating you and then look to beat them at their own game ;)

actually my site has already drop now from Google. It means no result if I search "info:mysite.com", "site:mysite.com", meanwhile I still have about 70 backlinks from Google. It looks like Google already punished me about this. Some tools already claimed my site already fake, but a lot others still commit this is still valid PR. I don't know which is the true one. do you think I already too late for finding the backlinks..? do you I still get my page rank back...?

Google.com (PR10) has about 311 million backlinks, per Yahoo! There is no such thing as "too many" links.

Yes it is true that the more links the better. But there is one thing that you should keep in mind. If you have lots of irrelevant links, Google might see it as link abuse and just might punish you.

Of course you can't control who link to you. But if there are too many irrelevant links, Google might think that you are buying links.

See if you site is about personal finance and you're getting links from casino site which has 5 PR and on you get from any finance related site which has PR 3 in that case google will find 3 PR site more relevant than 5 PR site. So always keep in mind to do link exchange from the relevant portals rather going for high PR sites...

What's the site URL? info:domain.com is a valid way to check if your site has a fake PR and you're saying it gives you no result for your site.

There is no limit to how many links one need. Get as many as you can just try to get relevant and high quality backlinks.

Sorry to bother you, but I think you should care on position, not PR ... PR is just a number. With good position you get visitors (and money).

It sounds like your blog has been banned from Google, you need to figure out why before you worry about PR!
