How many links should be submit in a day

there is no specific limit, but it depends on your site age.

Ideally, you start with a certain amount. Example: 5 per day ...
From a month you can get more links, about 10 ..
This is going to natural sounding.

But remember to get links from your niche sites that contain the same content as yours. Otherwise you will end up as the big sites that are being punished for buying links.

May be that logic is true. My experience also tells that it is fair to do some links every day at different places. If you happen to be doing great number of backlinks at one place, more probably the quality is not maintained and further due to some reason there is also reason that the forum may ban you on some pretext.

There isn't any limits as to how many links you build in a day - especially if its of quality.

 

You approval rate must be good and if you look for quality back links. My submission rates are slow but I always try for quality back links and do fallow in spite of blinding submission.
